CARIMAC has recently produced three clinical training videos which will be used in the Department of Community Health and Psychiatry’s teaching programme this semester.

During the production, students from the CARIMAC degree and short courses programmes got the experience of working on a professional drama shoot.  Crew for the project included adjunct lecturer Raymond Edwards who served as director of photography, sound engineers David Osbourne and Dean Johnson, production coordinator Mary Angela Fataa, production assistants Reneece Francis and Patrice Romero, and makeup artist Jordanna Duhaney. Yvette Rowe, lecturer and coordinator of the TV specialization, was the videos’ director.

The production, which was commissioned by the Department of Community Health, also had the input of the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts.  The College collaborated with the Department of Health to write the scripts and supplied actors and acting coaches.
